Choices does just as its name implies, it offers choices to people who feel that they have none. Victims of sexual assault or domestic violence can feel trapped, ashamed, worthless and unable to take action.
A call to Choices puts them in contact with help and hope. Their needs are assessed and addressed immediately – from just someone to talk to through a full-blown plan of escape for a victim and children.

Those who come to the shelter encounter caring people who know the ins and outs of their problems, and who will help them develop a plan for living a life free of violence.
Safe shelter, medical help, legal support, financial planning, job searching and child care are among the ways that victims can be assisted holistically.
The most wonderful thing about Choices is the staff, though small, but hardworking and professional, really care about all who come. And, they are constantly uplifted in their work by the knowledge that the people of Page County support them.
Churches, service clubs, local government, businesses and generous individuals continue to make the very existence of Choices possible through fundraising activities, in-kind donations, and giftsof funds, large and small. Local schools support the work by welcoming staff in for educational purposes. Local law enforcement supports Choices as appropriate. The realization that the community truly cares about those among us who need help makes the jobs of the staff and the healing of the clients possible.
